Sleeping arrangements are designed for large groups, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The layout includes a primary suite with a king-size bed, two additional bedrooms each featuring a king-size bed and a full-size folding sofa bed, and a spacious basement sleeping area equipped with one king-size bed and two queen-size beds (note: the basement room is not yet wall-separated).

The property is a true outdoor oasis. A scenic paved woodland trail winds through the trees, leading guests from the home to 75 feet of private shoreline and a 140-foot private dock with overnight boat mooring. Spend your days swimming in the crystal-clear turquoise waters, paddleboarding, or fishing. For recreation on land, the estate includes a portable pickleball net and paddles, as well as an outdoor fire pit for gatherings under the stars. Please note that the dock, outdoor games, furniture, and hot tub are available seasonally, and water shoes are recommended as the shoreline can be rocky.

Inside, the home features spacious living areas with warm finishes and natural lighting, perfect for movie nights or quiet relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for extended stays, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.

Located just minutes from the dining and shops of Alden Village, the estate is also an easy drive to Traverse City's restaurants, nightlife, and wineries. The Torch Lake sandbar is just a short boat ride away.
