Unit A is a cozy downtown apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, while Unit B is a private and comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To ensure a smooth stay, guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program, which includes verification and the choice of a damage waiver or security deposit.

Strict House Rules:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking (violations result in a $200 fine)
• Primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles permitted)
• Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited
• Only registered guests are permitted; additional guests require approval and incur a $100 fee per person

Late check-outs and early arrivals are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee ($100 for 1-2 hours; $200 for 2-3 hours). A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable per Stripe policy.
