Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a $75 fee per reservation (up to 2 pets). Please note that cats are not allowed. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee.
• Policies: The primary guest must be 21+. Smoking is strictly prohibited ($200 fine). Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am.
• House Rules: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles excepted). Parties and events are unauthorized. Garage access is not permitted.
• Additional Fees: Early arrivals or late check-outs (subject to approval) range from $100 to $200. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable.

To ensure a worry-free experience, all guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program before arrival, which includes guest verification, a signed rental agreement, and a choice between a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.
