This home features 4 cozy bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 12 guests. The interior layout is crafted for comfort, ensuring every guest has a place to unwind after a day in the sun.

• A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, stove, drip coffee maker, and basic utensils
• A highlight entertainment area featuring a Wii gaming room, shuffleboard, and cozy egg chairs
• A dedicated laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board
• An outdoor balcony with seating to enjoy the ocean breeze

Located in a prime area of Jacksonville Beach, you are just minutes away from amazing restaurants, local attractions, and boutique shops. The neighborhood offers 22 miles of wide, white-sandy beaches, perfect for witnessing majestic sunrises and starry nights. Guests can enjoy biking along the shore, indulging in fresh seafood, or exploring nightlife hotspots without sacrificing the serene views of the shoreline.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Late check-outs or early arrivals: 1-2 hours ($100), 2-3 hours ($200); subject to approval
• Pets: Allowed (up to 2) with a $100 fee; no cats permitted
• Primary guest must be 21+; an adult 21+ must be present during the stay
• No smoking permitted ($200 fine)
• No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles excepted)
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
• Unauthorized parties and illegal activities result in immediate eviction
• Garage access is not permitted
• All guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program before check-in
• A 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds
