The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, featuring a dining table with four chairs, four barstools at the counter, and a high chair for little ones. Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs welcome (no cats); $100 fee per reservation for up to 2 pets. Prior notification is required.
• Policies: Primary guest must be 21+. No smoking ( $200 fine). No food or drink in bedrooms. Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
• Access: Garage access is not permitted. The storage closet must remain locked.
• Fees: Early arrivals or late check-outs (subject to approval) cost $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours. A 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds.
• Guest Protection: All guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program, including verification and a rental agreement, choosing between a damage waiver or a security deposit.
