The sleeping arrangements include a plush king bed in the primary suite, one queen bed, and two double beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. For added convenience, both the primary and second bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, while the hall bathroom offers a shower-tub combo.

The interior boasts a light-filled living space with an open layout, including a cozy seating area, dining space, and a fully stocked kitchen. Large doors open to a private balcony, allowing the ocean breeze to flow through the home. While there is no central AC, the cooling coastal air naturally refreshes the unit at night.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy a private electric BBQ for grilling on the balcony or head down the stairs for shared beach access. The property also features an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes and a shared firepit on the beach for cozy evenings.

Located in the heart of Oceanside, the property is just 1 mile from the iconic Oceanside Pier and 6 miles from Legoland. Other regional attractions include the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, as well as Sea World and Disneyland.

• House Rules: Minimum age to book is 25. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No smoking anywhere on the property and no parties or events allowed.
• Notes: Access to the condo requires walking down one flight of stairs. Guests must provide their own wood for the firepit.
