Our Point of Contact Form allows for a smooth check-in process. You will be asked to upload a picture of a piece of government-issued photo ID and list the full names of all over-night guests, just like you would do for a hotel reservation.
Our rental agreement is a way for us to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the rules and guidelines set forth for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.
In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.
These steps are required to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.
Check In: after 4 pm
Check Out: 10 am to avoid the $75 late check out fee.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately.
Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors. Also we ask that feet get wiped off before entering the hot tub and the house.
Bugs: We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.
Unannounced guests: We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10 pm. Pre check in form must be submitted; All guests must be registered.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.
NOISE: GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 PM - 8 AM
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle: Please rinse and place all recyclables in the blue bin outside.
Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load dishwasher and start before leaving. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.
Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.
Outdoor furniture: Please bring patio cushions in overnight. Patio umbrella must be lowered and secured when not in use to avoid damage
Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.
Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
Hot Tub Rules: To keep the hot tub clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines.
Shower Before Use and rinse off all oils, lotions, makeup, and sunscreen before entering, as well as any sand and dirt from feet before entering. This helps maintain water quality and prevents damage to the filtration system.
No Glass in or Near the Hot Tub. Broken glass is a serious hazard. Please use only plastic cups or containers.
Limit Soak Time. Maximum soak time: 15–20 minutes. Extended use can lead to overheating or dehydration.
Health Precautions. Not recommended for pregnant women, young children, or individuals with heart conditions.
Do not use while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Consult a doctor if you have any medical concerns.
Children Must Be Supervised. Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No Diving, Jumping, or Rough Play
Replace Cover After Use. Secure the cover when not in use to retain heat and keep debris out.
Do Not Adjust Temperature Controls. The temperature is preset for your safety (maximum 104°F / 40°C).
If the water looks cloudy, smells off, or the jets aren’t working properly, PLEASE CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY. CALL 911 IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.
Violation of these rules may result in your security deposit being withheld and/or additional fines.
Pool Rules: To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please adhere to the following rules
Supervision: No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Health and Safety: Shower before entering the pool. No running, diving, or rough play. Do not swim if you have open wounds or are feeling unwell. No glass containers in or around the pool area.
Behavior: Be respectful of neighbors. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. NO LOUD MUSIC OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR
Food and Drink: No eating or drinking in the pool. Dispose of trash in the provided bins.
Pool Equipment: Use pool furniture and equipment responsibly. Do not remove pool furniture from the pool area. Return any pool equipment to safe storage after use. Tampering with the pool filtration and heating system COULD RESULT IN A $1500 FINE
Pool Capacity: Adhere to the maximum pool capacity of 10 guests at any time.
Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, call 911. Ensure you know the location of the nearest emergency phone or have a cell phone available. Violation of these rules may result in your security deposit being withheld and/or additional fines.
Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
