The sleeping arrangements consist of one queen bed and one queen couch pullout, complemented by one bathroom. The interior features an updated, fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen, allowing you to recreate your favorite meals seaside during your stay.

For a smooth stay, please note the following practical information. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not permitted. Guests must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before arrival. A $250.00 USD security hold will be pre-authorized on the credit card on file one day before arrival and released within two days following departure, provided no damages are found. For stays longer than 4-7 days, this hold will be released and recaptured every 4-7 day period.

Parking is provided via one dedicated on-site car-sized space. This parking is uncovered and requires the provided parking pass to be displayed at all times to avoid towing. A $50 USD replacement fee applies to lost, stolen, or damaged passes. Please note that RVs, trailers, or oversized trucks are not permitted on the premises. Additionally, 24-hour audio and video surveillance is active in all public areas of the building, including entrances and the pool. IMPORTANT: If booking between September 7, 2026, and November 1, 2026, the building elevator will not be operational due to replacement.

Smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use of any kind is not permitted at this property. A $250 USD fine will be assessed if evidence of these activities has been found after check-out.

A maximum of one (1) vehicle per booking is permitted. Trailers, RV's or oversized trucks/vehicles of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests must abide by the additional parking rules detailed in the welcome email during your stay or they may be subject to tow and/or fines at the vehicle owner's expense.

Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted at this property.

The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and must stay at the property during the entire reservation. A government issued photo identification may be required upon check-in.

Check-out time of 10:00 AM local time or earlier on the last day of your booking must be strictly adhered to unless other arrangements have been made directly with the host. Fees may apply for unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs.

The number of overnight persons at the property greater than the amount stated on the reservation is not permitted.

Moving of any furniture in the property is not permitted without prior approval from the host.

Toilets in this property are designed to only flush toilet paper and normal human waste. Please do not flush any other objects or materials down the toilet. These objects include, but are not limited to: diapers, sanitary pads, q-tips, band-aids, paper towels, etc. Furthermore, please do not dump any grease down any of the drains in the property.
