Designed for comfort, sunlight, and breathing room, this two-floor residence offers the perfect mix of quiet privacy and a convenient in-town location, making it an excellent choice whether you are visiting for hiking, work, a long stay, or a weekend reset.

This modern space is configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout is designed for easy living, featuring a bright open-concept main floor with brand new furniture and furnishings as of October 2025. The living area includes a sofa and comfortable seating for relaxing or streaming, while the dining area features a table with seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs, featuring a dishwasher, full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, cookware, and utensils.

When it is time to unwind, head upstairs to find two generously sized bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and closets with hangers. To ensure a personalized rest, each room is equipped with individually controlled electric heat, and Bedroom 1 includes a wall A/C unit. A full bathroom is conveniently located right at the top of the stairs.

Guest access includes the entire townhome and one dedicated parking space. Please be aware that there is no space for a trailer at this rental, and the turn into the property is a bit tight.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited on the property (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana). Violations result in a minimum $250 charge.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Occupancy: Maximum 4 guests; no unauthorized guests permitted.
• Safety: Electrical appliances must be switched off when not in use.
• Policies: No parties allowed; illegal drug use will result in immediate eviction. Any damages or missing items will be billed to the guest.
