The main house features 3 bedrooms: a primary suite with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and cable TV; a second bedroom with a queen bed plus an additional bed, also featuring air conditioning and TV; and a third bedroom equipped with two twin bunk beds, TV, and air conditioning. The main residence is completed by 2 full bathrooms, a dedicated TV room with cable, a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a service room with two beds and its own bathroom. For additional privacy, an independent bungalow provides one bedroom with a full-size bed, a second bedroom with two bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. In total, the property offers 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms.

Outdoor living is where this property truly stands out. Guests have access to a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a lagoon, and direct access to the river. Entertainment is abundant with an adult area featuring a pool table, foosball, sapo game, ping pong, and a poker table, while children can enjoy a bounce house, seesaw, Little Tikes playground set, and a zipline.
