About Property

Discover the perfect balance of rustic adventure and modern comfort at the Pinetop Glamping Tent, tucked into the heart of New Mexico's Manzano Mountains. Set on 140 acres of heritage apple orchards, rolling meadows, and shady pines, this retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the simple beauty of mountain life in its purest form.

This private glamping sanctuary is designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The interior blends the charm of camping with the ease of a cozy hideaway, offering a queen bed and a twin bunk bed paired with fresh linens, duvets, and pillows. Guests can enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, along with a mini-fridge and coffee machine for morning brews and cool drinks. The tent is equipped with power outlets and lighting throughout to ensure a seamless stay.

Step outside to experience the crisp mountain air and the scent of Ponderosa pines. The property offers a wealth of unique experiences, from meeting cheerful farm animals—including Highland cows, miniature donkeys, and peacocks—to exploring the heritage apple orchards. For those seeking activity, guests have access to hiking trails, a fitness center, and outdoor recreation areas including basketball and volleyball courts. During the warmer months, you can spend your afternoons by the seasonal pool or your evenings gathering around the firepit under starlit skies that stretch forever.

Dining is a central part of the experience. Guests are welcome in the onsite dining hall for warm breakfast buffets on weekends and made-to-order meals during the week. The Mercantile shop is also open daily, providing snacks, drinks, and local goods. Beyond the retreat, adventurers can explore the historic Quarai Ruins or venture into the Cibola National Forest.
