Welcome to Unit C, the ultimate upstairs base of operations in a Crystal Beach triplex. If you are looking for a spot where the ocean is "grab your stuff and you’re on the sand" close, this is it. Enjoy the salty air, take sunset walks, and master the art of the strategically planned beach nap in Bolivar Peninsula, Texas.
This private upstairs HQ is designed for those who want to kick off the flip-flops and let their crew relax and pretend Monday doesn’t exist. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ensuring your group has a comfortable home base with its own private entrance and strong "beach mode: ON" vibes. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed and one bunk bed to ensure sleep is achieved for your party of up to 5 guests.
The interior includes a living area perfect for lounging, snacking, and recovering from the harsh reality of sunshine. For your connectivity needs, the unit provides Wi-Fi at approximately 25 Mbps, which is plenty for streaming, scrolling, and telling people you are working remotely. Regarding the kitchen situation, please note this is a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. It is perfectly suited for coffee, quick meals, and snack logistics, but there is no full-size oven or stove. If your mission parameters involve a 14-pound turkey, you may want to rethink your menu.
As the top unit of the triplex, you have your own private space but also enjoy access to the bottom patio, which is great for sea-breeze breaks and post-beach recovery. Parking is simple with one dedicated car space provided. Since this is a triplex, other units may be occupied, so expect some "neighbors exist" energy in shared outdoor areas.
Location-wise, you are perfectly positioned for beach access and convenient for a Galveston run, as the ferry is nearby.
