As a courtesy, wash and store used dishes and dispose of trash in designated bins. • Towels and linens: • Do not use bath towels at the pool or beach • Avoid contact with substances that can cause permanent stains, such as sunscreen, makeup, hair dye, blood, or other chemicals. • In case of irreparable damage or stains, the replacement cost will be charged. • Air conditioning and electricity: Keep doors and windows closed while using the A/C. Turn it off when leaving the property. • Bathrooms: Do not flush paper, wipes, or other objects down the toilet
3. Keys and Security • Replacement cost: In case of lost or damaged keys or access cards, the actual replacement cost will be charged. • Access: Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized persons. • Security: Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
4. Damages and Responsibility • Guest responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence during their stay. • Reporting: Please report any damage or incident immediately to the host. • Charges: Documented damages (including stained or damaged textiles) will be charged through the booking platform.
5. Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with these rules (such as exceeding occupancy, organizing parties, smoking in prohibited areas, bringing unauthorized pets, causing disturbances, or tampering with security devices) may result in: • Early termination of the stay without refund. • Report to the platform and/or building administration. • A penalty fee of up to $10,000 MXN in addition to the cost of documented damages.
