For added convenience, the kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, making it especially efficient for storing food and drinks for a crowd.

Step outside to a fully fenced plot that ensures complete privacy. The exterior is centered around a private swimming pool measuring 8 x 5 metres, complete with Roman steps for easy access.
