For sleeping arrangements, the main floor includes one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, as well as a second bedroom with two bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 guests, complemented by a separate toilet. The upper floor provides an additional bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, plus a fourth bedroom featuring two single beds and a convenient pull-out bed, served by a full bathroom with a bathtub. To ensure a comfortable night's sleep, air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

The exterior of the property is a true focal point, centered around a pleasant private swimming pool surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and comfortable sun loungers.
