The villa is thoughtfully configured with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to ensure ample space for everyone. The ground floor is welcoming and tastefully decorated, featuring three bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with two single beds each—all accompanied by their own en-suite bathrooms with showers. This level also hosts a spacious lounge-dining room with TV/Sat and a fully equipped independent kitchen featuring a ceramic hob and dishwasher. Climbing the external stairs leads to the upper floor, where guests will find another spacious lounge for relaxation and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Step outside to a pleasant outdoor area designed for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. You can cool off in the 8x4 metre swimming pool or prepare delicious outdoor meals using the barbecue. For added convenience, the property includes parking space for up to three cars.

Situated in a prime location, the villa is just a 5-minute drive from Calpe town centre and its stunning beaches. Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Additional optional services include extra beds for EUR 12.00 per day and cot/cribs for EUR 4.00 per day. A refundable security deposit of € 500.00 and a final cleaning fee of € 224.00 are required per booking.
