While the studio offers a streamlined experience, it is packed with essential features to make your stay seamless:

• Brand-new SMART TV
• Kitchenette equipped with a small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and French press for your morning coffee
• Dedicated parking space
• Private entrance
• Fully furnished private patio featuring lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, and covered dining among the grape vines

Nestled on a quiet residential street, the Rosewood Studio puts you just minutes away from downtown Medford. From this prime location, you have easy access to the charming towns of Ashland and Jacksonville, as well as local wineries and various outdoor adventures throughout the region.

To ensure a smooth arrival, guests receive a unique door code five days before check-in (or immediately following booking for shorter lead times). The studio is accessed via the alley behind the main house, and clear step-by-step directions are provided to make the process effortless.

Please note that the yard and outdoor areas connected to the main house are not accessible to studio guests. While there is a larger house on the property also available as a rental, each unit maintains its own private entrance and designated spaces to ensure total privacy; you will not share spaces with guests of the other unit unless both are booked together.
