Designed for convenience and style, the apartment features a layout with 2 bedrooms, each containing a double bed, providing a total of 2 beds and a capacity for 4 guests. The home is completed by 1 well-appointed bathroom.

To ensure a worry-free experience, please note our house policies. Check-in is autonomous via digital lock or access keys from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM. All guests must complete online registration through our platform prior to arrival to receive access codes. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, with a minimum fee of €250 for violations. Pets are not allowed. For stays exceeding 20 nights, a fair use policy of €90 for water and electricity applies, with additional usage charged based on meter readings. Due to Porto's naturally humid climate, a dehumidifier is provided for your comfort.
