Across three levels connected by internal staircases, the villa provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. The property features five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Main Floor houses two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—which share a bathroom with a shower. An additional bedroom with a double bed is accessed via an internal staircase from the double room. The Lower Floor includes a bright and spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This level also contains two more bedrooms: one with two single beds and another equipped with bunk beds. An independent bathroom with a shower serves this area. While central air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature throughout most of the home, please note that the smallest bedroom with bunk beds does not have an AC outlet.

Outside, the property is a sanctuary of leisure. Guests can enjoy a magnificent rectangular private swimming pool, which is fully fenced for the safety of children. The exterior also boasts a covered built-in barbecue area and a pleasant chill-out space, perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing in the open air.

Location The villa enjoys an excellent location in Calp. One of the area's finest sandy coves is just 750 metres away, along with the restaurant at Cala Puerto Blanco. For those heading into town, the centre of Calpe and the nearest supermarket are only 1.2 km from the property.
