The top floor houses four additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and three bedrooms each featuring two single beds (two of which include en-suite bathrooms with showers). This level also provides a convenient laundry area with a washing machine. For your comfort, air conditioning is installed in the living room and all bedrooms.

Step outside to a private oasis featuring a large 10 x 5 metre pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. To ensure children's safety, the pool area is fully fenced.
