Sleeping Arrangements The property is thoughtfully configured into four independent apartments of approximately 80 m² each, distributed over two floors with separate entrances. Following the structured layout, the villa provides 12 bedrooms and 12 beds, accompanied by 4 bathrooms. Each of the four apartments features three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two equipped with twin beds. For added convenience, two of the apartments also include an extra guest toilet.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is scheduled between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property. One pet weighing up to 12 kg is permitted with an additional fee. Guests should be aware of a refundable security deposit of ¢1,000.00 and a final cleaning fee of ¢385.00. Optional extras such as cots, high chairs (¢4.00/day), and extra beds (¢12.00/day) are available upon request.
