This expansive residence features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The ground floor hosts a convenient bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and WC. Upstairs, you will find the remaining five bedrooms, including a master suite boasting a double bed, an en suite bathroom, and the added luxury of a large walk-in wardrobe. The upper floor also includes two additional double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and a main family bathroom equipped with a bath and overhead shower. A large shared balcony provides a perfect vantage point to soak in the stunning Protaras sea views.

The heart of the home is a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring an island with seating for four, complemented by a dining area that seats eight. The main living room offers ample seating with comfortable sofas and large patio doors that open to the outdoors. For entertainment, the space includes a wide screen television with upgraded Satellite TV and Video on Demand.

Outside, the garden is a haven of relaxation with spacious covered and uncovered areas for dining and sunbathing. The exterior is furnished to a very high standard and includes a large private pool (which can be heated for 30 EUR per day), a barbecue, and sun-loungers.

Located in the St. Elias hillside area, the villa offers a quiet atmosphere with panoramic views. The resort centers of Protaras and Pernera, along with their fantastic sandy beaches and the famous Fig-Tree Bay, are just a 2-minute drive away. Guests can enjoy a variety of seafront restaurants, local tavernas, and a newly built promenade, while the lively nightlife of Ayia Napa is only a 10-minute drive away.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Cots and highchairs are available upon request, and for stays of 12 days or more, a mid-stay clean and linen change is included. Late checkout may be arranged for an extra charge.
