Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed and youth groups are prohibited. To contribute to energy saving, costs for heating and air conditioning are charged additionally, and a fee is applied for the use of the washing machine. This is a non-smoking property where the owner resides on the estate.
