This expansive property is distributed across 350 m2 on two levels, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The layout features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the upper floor, guests will find double bedrooms, including one with a private terrace, and another equipped with a crib. The lower level continues the spacious theme with additional bedrooms featuring single beds. Each room is designed for rest and relaxation, providing a peaceful atmosphere for families and groups.

The heart of the home is the dining room, beautifully decorated in traditional Majorcan style, featuring a sofa and a large table with chairs that can seat 12 diners. For entertainment, the villa provides a satellite TV, DVD player, and a variety of board games. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances, including a coffee machine, deep freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher, along with a convenient kitchen side table.

Step outside to find expansive garden areas and a large 10x8 pool. The pool is thoughtfully divided into two areas, making one section ideal for small children. The outdoor space is completed by seven hammocks, a porch, and a barbecue area equipped with comfortable terrace furniture.

Located in a convenient area of Inca, the villa is just 100 meters from a bar and restaurant, 250 meters from a supermarket, and 500 meters from the nearest pharmacy.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Surcharges: €40 for check-ins after 9:00 PM; €50 for check-ins after midnight (on request)
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. The owner only accepts reservations from guests aged 30 years or older (with or without children).
• Additional Costs: Heating is not included and carries a surcharge of €20-€40 per day. The ECOTASA (Balearic tourist tax) must be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Requirements: A refundable security deposit is required to secure the booking. All travelers must be identified for the Traveler Registration Book per Organic Law 4/2015.
