The home is completed by 3 bathrooms, a large living room, and a majestic kitchen fully equipped with appliances for your convenience. A highlight of the interior is the spacious and cozy chillout area located on the top floor, perfect for relaxation.

Outside, the property preserves the authentic Mediterranean essence with large terraces offering various atmospheres and a fenced pool for private enjoyment. Guests can take in the stunning mountain views from the outdoor spaces.

Located in the heart of Algaida, Illes Balears, the villa is perfectly positioned for exploration. It is just a 10-minute journey to the beach and a very short drive to the vibrant capital of Palma.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late Arrival Policy: Scheduled flights must land in Palma before 9:00 PM. Check-ins are not allowed for flights landing after 9:00 PM.
• Late Fees: €40 surcharge for arrivals after 9:00 PM; €50 surcharge for arrivals after midnight (on request).
• Guest Restrictions: The owner accepts reservations only from families or couples over 30 years old. Parties are strictly prohibited.
• Fees: Heating is available for a surcharge of €25 per day, payable in cash at check-in. The ECOTASA (tourist tax) must also be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Pets: Not allowed (unless a prior agreement is reached between parties).
• Additional Rules: Guests must sign house rules upon confirmation. A security deposit is required. Please ensure all kitchenware is clean and electronics are turned off upon departure.
