This level also includes a bathroom with a shower that offers private access to the pool area. The sleeping quarters are located on the first floor, consisting of three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one single bedroom) and a second bathroom with a shower. In total, the home accommodates up to five guests with three beds and two bathrooms.

Step outside to find a beautiful garden and a raised terrace. Here, you will find a traditional swimming pool—known as a "Sofreix"—measuring 4m x 3m with a depth of 0.7 to 2m, equipped with child safety, sun loungers, and parasols.
