Each level operates independently with its own private entry, full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry. Because there is no interior staircase between levels—access is via exterior stairs—your group can enjoy a great balance of shared communal space and individual privacy, making it an ideal setup for early risers, kids, and night owls alike.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured across five bedrooms. The upper level features a queen bedroom with a desk and deck access, alongside two true bunk rooms with custom twin-over-twin bunks featuring real stairs. The lower level offers two additional queen bedrooms. In total, the home provides 5 beds and 2 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Inside, the home is packed with features for relaxation and utility. Both levels boast 75-inch smart TVs and full kitchens with stainless appliances. The lower level is a fantastic main hangout, centered around a large sectional and a reclaimed-wood style dining table that seats about eight. For those arriving with gear, a dedicated lower mudroom with benches and cubbies keeps skis, boards, and boots organized and out of the main living areas.
