To access the building, all guests must provide their full names, identification numbers (passport or driver's license), and estimated arrival time; a registration form and a property use contract are also required.

Strict house rules apply to maintain the quality of this decentralized hotel concept: no smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is permitted anywhere on the property (USD 100 penalty), and parties, social gatherings, or outside visitors are strictly prohibited (USD 300 penalty for noise after 10:00 PM). Commercial photography and recording are not allowed. Pets are welcome. Guests are responsible for any damages or lost keys during their stay.
