This single-level home is designed for comfort and simplicity with an accessible layout suitable for guests of all ages. The interior features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, providing cozy accommodations for up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the first bedroom, a bunk bed with two twin beds in the second, and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the third. To ensure a restful stay during warm summer afternoons, the living room is equipped with a window-unit air conditioner.

Step outside onto the deck to take in tranquil pond views, perfect for morning coffee or birdwatching as you watch birds glide across the water. In the evenings, you can enjoy relaxed outdoor meals using the charcoal grill while the sounds of nature set the scene.

Located along the external perimeter of a campground, the cottage offers a quiet setting while providing access to shared grounds, including scenic paths for bike riding and walking, as well as a playground. For added convenience, coin-operated laundry facilities are available near the main office.
