• Requirements: Guests must provide a government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card. A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required before check-in. A rental usage agreement and verification portal process (which may include a background check) are mandatory.
• Departure: Please clean out the fridge, consolidate trash into the dumpster, run the dishwasher, and ensure all lights and windows are closed and locked.
