The ranch is designed for large-scale gatherings, featuring a massive layout with 25 bedrooms, 25 beds, and 17 bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the unique experience of staying in 12 custom cabins spread across approximately 10 acres of rolling hills, meadows, and ranch animal corrals.

At the heart of the property is the Barn Pavilion (also known as Smokey Hollow Hall or Canyon Commons), 4,000 square feet of rustic, covered Hill Country bliss. This venue is set among beloved live oaks next to the seasonal Silver Creek and is equipped for any event with a stage, sound and lighting, a catering prep area, and farm tables with benches. Whether you are hosting a team off-site or a family reunion, you will find endless inspiring places to be together or seek solitude.

While this property is a sanctuary of peace, it is packed with activities to keep guests engaged, including:

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A 2-night minimum rental is required, and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book. A rental agreement and damage waiver are mandatory prior to arrival, and a government-issued ID is required.

House Rules: To maintain the serenity of the ranch, a 10:00 PM curfew is in effect for common areas, and pickleball hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Smoking, vaping, fireworks, and shooting of any kind are strictly prohibited. No parties, day guests, or live bands are allowed. Outdoor fires are permitted only in designated fire pits and are subject to burn bans. Shipping and deliveries to the property are not permitted.

Friendly dogs are welcome with a fee of $25 per dog per night (up to two dogs). Pets must be leashed outdoors, crated when left alone, and kept off furniture and beds. Please note that dogs are not allowed in Yurts. Excessive animal impact will result in additional cleaning fees of $50+.
