To ensure a seamless arrival, Unit 3 is accessed through the south side gate, around the tile wall, via a front door with secure keypad entry. A personalized code will be provided prior to your arrival.

• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this unit.
• Policies: No parties, no smoking anywhere on the property, and no unregistered guests are permitted.
• Pets: Not allowed unless previously discussed.
• Additional Notes: A washer and dryer are available in a shed by the pool. For safety, exterior cameras are located at the main entrance, side gate, and pool area; no cameras are located inside or facing into your unit. The pool typically heats to about 20 degrees above ambient temperature, with a maximum of 85 degrees.
