CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm or later, we are usually booked back-to-back, so early check-ins are tricky for us, but if you get into town a little early, we can highly recommend snagging lunch at Lola's Street Kitchen followed by a walk along the Provo River Trail or perusing the shops on Main Street.

TV & ENTERTAINMENT: We have multiple Smart TV's. A 75" Smart TV in the downstairs family / game room. Additional Smart TV's are located in the primary Master Suites and family room.

THERMOSTAT & FIREPLACE: We determine the temperature based on time of year, but you're welcome to adjust it to your comfort. There are several thermostats that serve numerous zones in the home. You will be provided with details and instructions on how to operate these thermostats upon check in. The family room has a gas fireplace operated by a switch on the wall next to the fireplace. The Fireplace is gas and electronically ignited, It may take 10 - 20 seconds for the flame to ignite. Please turn the fireplace off if you are leaving the home or the room.

PLEASE NOTE: The Deer Valley Modern home is located in the foothills of the Wasatch and Uinta Mountain Ranges, we have a professional pest control company perform regular services, even still you can anticipate seeing wildlife around the property.

Our trash is picked up early Wednesday morning, so if your stay falls on a Tuesday night we really appreciate it being taken out to the end of the driveway. Either side works great.

A couple of ground rules to take note of that will make your stay more enjoyable and keep the neighbors and wildlife happy. • Check-in time is generally 4:00 pm. Early check-in is not allowed unless otherwise pre-arranged and may involve a fee.. When you arrive, please inspect the home for cleanliness. If ANYTHING is not acceptable, do not hesitate to call us. • Please observe an outdoor quiet time from 10pm to 7am each day. Our neighbor relationships are very important to us. If you do plan to be outside during the quiet hours, please be respectful and keep the noise level such that the neighbors will not be disturbed. • As the only occupants of the home, there are no shared spaces. Every area in the home is for your use. The only other exceptions will be any locked owners closets you may find in the home. • Our grounds maintenance crew is responsible for both warm weather landscaping and cold weather snow and ice removal. After 4 inches of snow, our snow removal crew will come out and plow the uncovered areas of the driveway and walkways as well as any stairs or porch areas. Deck areas will not be shoveled by our crew. If you choose to use outside areas in the winter, you will need to shovel it yourself. Please use caution during cold weather conditions. Ice / Snow may be underfoot and may also shed from the roof. Porch steps can be particularly treacherous. If you feel there is an unsafe condition with the snow on the ground or roof, please advise us immediately! • Please only use the keypad deadbolt locks to lock the doors. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE DOOR HANDLE LOCKS OR YOU MAY LOCK YOURSELF OUT OF THE HOME! • Checkout time is strictly at 10am. Late checkout is not allowed unless otherwise pre-arranged and may involve additional fees. • Upon departure, please wash all dishes and load/start the dishwasher. Please bring all dirty towels to the laundry area, please DO NOT start the washing machine. Leave bed linens on the beds. Generally, please leave the house in order. If the cleaning crew has to do any sort of damage control or extra work, you may be charged an additional fee. • Trash day indicated in the digital home guide link we will send you prior to your arrival via email and text. • Details in the digital home guide link will include many of the local attractions, maps, restaurants, shops, etc. • A final notice will be sent to you on check in day with arrival instructions, driving directions, door codes and other useful info for your arrival.
