The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms each equipped with brand new Sealy beds for an upgraded experience, and a queen sleeper sofa in the open living area for additional guests.

While the property is a serene getaway, it is equipped for convenience with the following:

• Full kitchen with drip coffee maker (coffee provided), toaster, dishware, and cooking basics
• Open-plan living and dining space with a Smart TV
• A/C and heating with ceiling fans

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with prior disclosure and a paid fee. Dogs must remain leashed in public spaces and all waste must be cleaned up.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Restrictions: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited ($1,500 fee + ozone treatment). Parties and events are not permitted ($1,000 penalty). Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Additional Notes: This is a shared property; a separate 1-bedroom unit may be rented by other guests. Trash and recycling are collected on Fridays. Ice is not provided but can be purchased 2 miles away at Midland Farms.
