• Pets are not allowed
• A refundable security deposit of US$500 may be collected prior to stay
• Guests must be able to climb stairs
• The unit does not have a dishwasher
• A/C has a lower limit of 74 Fahrenheit
• Mid-stay cleaning is required at least every seven nights; additional fees apply for stays longer than 10 nights
• Moving furniture from common areas into the unit is prohibited
• Rug spills must be reported immediately to management
