This truly unique property is designed with family comfort in mind, featuring a thoughtful layout that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are versatile, featuring a main bedroom with a king bed and an attached room with a twin bed, complete with a half bath containing a sink and shower. The second bedroom provides ample space with two queen beds. To ensure everyone has room to relax, the home also includes a full bathroom upstairs and an additional half bath downstairs.

Guests can enjoy a variety of home comforts and resort-style perks, including:

• Access to 11 swimming pools (5 of which are heated during winter)

For your convenience, a golf cart is available for rental at $40 per day or $200 per week (must be rented for the entire duration of the stay). Please note that the rental of street-legal golf carts is prohibited, and all carts must remain in the unit's parking space. A signed waiver of liability, photo ID, and proof of insurance are required for golf cart use.

Practical details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the home, with limited overflow parking available for $15 per day. To get you started, we provide an initial supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue. Pets are not allowed.
