For those needing extra flexibility, a rollaway twin cot is available upon request. The apartment also includes 1 bathroom to complete the space.

Situated on the fourth floor, this beautiful and spacious apartment is designed for comfort and style. The living area flows into a kitchen space that includes a fridge, cabinets, and an island. While there is no traditional stove or oven, the kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, and a full set of cooking utensils, plates, cups, and cutlery to ensure a convenient stay.

Located in the vibrant center of Downtown Troy, guests have easy access to the city's offerings. Public transportation, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available throughout the city, making exploration effortless.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please adhere to the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. Please note that a $150 late fee will be charged if check-out is delayed and cleaners arrive. No pets are allowed. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated; any evidence of such activity will result in a $300 fee. Guests are asked to flush only toilet paper in the toilets, avoiding paper towels, wipes, or sanitary products.

Please be aware that the building hosts an event venue on the top floor that may hold celebrations during your stay. Additionally, ongoing construction in other areas of the building may cause occasional noise during normal business hours, with completion planned for fall 2026.
