• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: Two twin beds
• Bedroom 5: Two twin beds

Inside, you will find an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for gathering together after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, while smart TVs are available in every bedroom for private unwinding. One of the home's standout features is the private screened-in pool and outdoor lounge area, allowing you to soak up the Florida sunshine without the inconvenience of bugs. Please note the pool faces north; heating is optional at $40 per day with a two-day minimum, which should be arranged prior to arrival.

• Parking: Driveway fits 2-3 vehicles; maximum of 3 registered vehicles allowed.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome (max 2 pets, up to 40 lbs each) subject to a signed Pet Agreement and a $100 fee per pet. Pets must be crated if left unattended and are not allowed on furniture.
• House Notes: Linens and towels are provided; however, washcloths are personal items and are not supplied.
