This expansive home is designed for gathering and relaxation. The ground floor features an open-concept layout with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a comfy living area with a large TV. The stocked kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area with a large farmhouse table that seats up to 10 guests. Step outside to the back porch with Adirondack chairs facing the quiet courtyard. A convenient first-floor laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully dispersed across the upper floors, which feature plush carpeting and ceiling fans in every room. The second floor hosts the primary suite, complete with a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony with rockers; the ensuite bathroom includes a spacious glass shower and dual sinks. Two additional queen bedrooms share a large hallway bathroom on this level. The third floor provides a great getaway for children or quiet time, featuring a lounging loft area with a TV, one queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two twin beds, all sharing a third full bathroom.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed and the minimum age to book is 25. During the peak summer season (May through September), early check-in and late check-out are not available. Overnight parking on 22nd Street is strictly prohibited by the city; please use the two guaranteed onsite spaces or nearby municipal garages. Guests staying longer than two weeks are responsible for providing their own linens. A cleaning fee applies, which includes professional cleaning and a damage protection fee.
