On the first floor, you will find two queen bedrooms and a twin-over-full bunk room; one queen bedroom enjoys a private bath and deck access, while the others share a full hallway bathroom. The top floor serves as the heart of the home, boasting an open kitchen, a roomy living area, and a queen bedroom with its own private full bathroom.

Designed for entertainment and ease, the home features several key highlights:

• Private elevator providing easy access to all three levels (reliable but not guaranteed)

• On-site driveway parking for up to 4 cars (Garage is not available for parking)

• Pets: Dogs are allowed with prior approval (maximum 2). A non-refundable pet fee of $250 plus tax per pet applies. Undisclosed dogs or exceeding the pet limit may result in fines or eviction. Note that dogs are prohibited on the Kure Beach strand from April 1st through September 30th.
• Requirement: A signed rental agreement must be completed within 48 hours of booking to confirm the stay.
