RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT All guests are required to sign a rental agreement issued directly by Pacific Vacation. This agreement must be completed and returned to confirm your reservation. Failure to sign the rental agreement may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

PROPERTY ACCESS The Pacific Vacation villas are located within the gated community of Puerto Mio, which maintains a staffed security access gate. For safety and compliance, a full list of all guests staying on the property must be submitted prior to arrival. Access to the property may be denied for any individual not listed on the approved guest list.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in 3:00 pm | Check-out 11:00 am. The check-in and check-out times are crucial for the staff to perform housekeeping duties.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The villa is for sole use as a vacation rental for only approved guests. Guest is responsible for any guests that use the property during the term of this Agreement. No guests more than the maximum occupancy of 8 people for Villa Bahia shall occupy the property.

STAFF CONDUCT Guests must treat all staff members with respect at all times. Pacific Vacation has a zero-tolerance policy regarding any physical, verbal, or sexual assault or abuse of staff. KITCHEN USE DISCLAIMER Guests are welcome to use the fully appointed kitchen, which includes modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. However, kitchen use is at the guest’s own risk. Guests must operate all appliances safely and responsibly. Pacific Vacation is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use of any kitchen equipment. Guests must ensure all appliances are turned off when not in use. Any damage to the kitchen or its equipment caused by misuse or negligence will be the guest’s financial responsibility. While staff will assist with post-meal cleanup, guests are expected to maintain general cleanliness and avoid creating unsafe conditions (e.g., hot pans left unattended, open flames, or broken glassware).
