To abide by legal and HOA requirements, a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card are required for all bookings; some guests may be required to pass a background check. The primary guest must be at least 22 years old.

Strict House Rules:

• No smoking, pets, or parties allowed
• No weapons or drugs; zero-tolerance policy
• No outside guests without prior permission
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM, monitored by decibel sensors
• A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors
• A $150 security hold is required on a credit card, or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver may be selected
