The home is designed for large groups, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, with a total guest capacity of 13. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to accommodate everyone: four bedrooms each feature a Queen bed, with two of those rooms also providing a crib for the little ones. For children or teens, there is a unique upstairs dormitory containing 6 twin beds, one of which converts to a trundle.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home provides extensive facilities for your stay. The outdoor area is a highlight, boasting a private dock for lake access, a wraparound deck for lounging, and a fire pit for cozy evenings. For meals, guests have access to a gas grill and outdoor dining options. Inside, the home features a fully equipped galley kitchen with barstool seating and a blender, as well as a large 12-person dining table. Entertainment is provided via three cable TVs and a DVD player. For your comfort, the home is equipped with central A/C and heating, a washer/dryer, and a high chair. Please note that the fireplace is not allowed for guest use and the boat dock is seasonally closed from October through May.
