9. I understand that beach erosion is a natural occurrence that The Best Rentals does not have control over. In many cases, the local city authorities are responsible for determining when beach renourishment is necessary. Currently, Hilton Head Island SC is scheduled for renourishment from June 2025- May 2026. The city projected three phases, the third phase does not have a timeline for completion. This is subject to change. To stay informed about any upcoming renourishment projects or scheduling, we recommend visiting the official website of your local city. They usually provide detailed information about beach maintenance and renourishment plans.

10. Smoking: Smoking inside any property is strictly prohibited. This includes vaping and all other forms of inhaling substances.
