About Property

Escape to the OZ Sunshine Cabin, a spacious and cozy retreat nestled at the 26-mile marker in Sunrise Beach, Missouri. This sun-filled getaway is the perfect destination for groups seeking a serene lakefront experience with a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and comfort. The master suite serves as a private sanctuary with a king-sized bed, a dedicated workspace with an accent chair, and an attached bathroom featuring a double vanity sink and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. For larger groups, the third bedroom is a versatile loft area equipped with four full-sized beds and a convenient half bath.

The heart of the cabin is its open-concept living space. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, featuring a large breakfast bar and a classic drip coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area anchored by a massive farm style table sits against floor-to-ceiling windows, providing panoramic views while you eat. The living room invites relaxation with its vaulted ceilings, a large sectional, and a flat-screen TV, all centered around a beautiful decorative stone fireplace.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The upper deck is ideal for grilling and dining at the bar height table, while the lower level deck features a gas fire pit for cool evenings. For lake enthusiasts, the dock includes wet steps for easy water entry and a 12 x 35 boat slip.

Located in a prime spot, you are just a short boat ride or drive from iconic waterfront hotspots including LandShark Bar & Grill, Redhead Lakeside Grill, and Shorty Pants. The famous Bagnell Dam Strip is only 15 minutes away, and those bringing their own vessels will find the Shawnee Bed Public Access boat ramp to be the closest launch.
