Each floor offers a distinct experience, from the ground-level retreats to the third-floor suites and the crown jewel of the home: a 2,000-square-foot rooftop deck offering unrivaled 360-degree views of the harbor, coastline, and city skyline.

Outdoor living is the heart of the Maritime Escape experience. Guests can enjoy a private pool with an integrated elevated spa, a waterfront fire pit lounge for starlit evenings, and a private dock with two boat slips and a jet ski lift. The home also features multiple levels of oversized balconies and a covered outdoor dining area with a built-in grill station.

Inside, the open-concept second floor serves as the primary social hub, boasting a gourmet chef's kitchen with a large center island and a custom dining table that seats up to 18. For entertainment, the first floor features a dedicated game lounge with a pool table.
