Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with king beds, while the third serves as a bunk room with two twin-over-queen bunks. To ensure everyone can relax, each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. The interior is rounded out by a spacious and open living room with plenty of seating and a full kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook and hang out together.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this home. A large front deck offers a clear view of the beach with no roads or buildings in the way—just sand and waves. Downstairs, guests have access to a covered patio area featuring a grill, a dining space, and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Located in Gilchrist, this area is a laid-back, seaside community known for its chilled-out beach vibes and wide-open shorelines. The neighborhood has a low-key, residential feel, offering a quieter alternative to busier beach towns. Guests can enjoy soft white sand and unobstructed ocean views, making it an ideal spot for long walks or early-morning coffee by the water.
