Designed to accommodate larger parties, the combined layout features 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 5 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 16. The sleeping arrangements include two master suites with king beds and private ensuite bathrooms for added privacy, while four additional bedrooms are equipped with queen beds to ensure ample space for everyone.

Each home is thoughtfully appointed to maximize your vacation experience:

• Large living rooms with open layouts and plenty of seating for socializing
• Fully equipped kitchens featuring modern appliances
• Convenient laundry rooms for longer stays
• Outdoor showers to rinse off beach sand
• Charcoal grills for outdoor barbecues

Located in a prime position for coastal lovers, these homes are just a 5-minute walk or a very short drive to the beach. Guests can enjoy the natural beauty of the Crystal Beach area, though please note that these beaches have no lifeguards on duty and swimming is at the visitor's own risk.

Practical Information & House Rules: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. To maintain the quality of the homes, pets are not allowed, and there is a strict no-smoking policy. Parties, events, and illegal activities are prohibited.

Please adhere to the following property guidelines:

• Parking: Park only on the driveway; do not park under the houses to avoid hitting the pilings.
• Grilling: Use charcoal grills on the patio area only. Grilling on the deck is prohibited by Galveston County ordinance.
• Maintenance: Please do not move any indoor or outdoor furniture. Avoid pouring grease down drains or flushing non-approved items to protect the septic system.
• Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property; any visitors must be disclosed and approved.

Guest access includes the entirety of both houses, excluding the attics, renter's closets, and garages. We hope you make the most of our home and the surrounding area for a relaxing and memorable vacation!
