All RVs must be commercially manufactured, in clean and presentable condition, and be a 2015 model year or newer. Pop-up campers, truck campers, slide-in campers, tent campers, and hybrid campers are strictly prohibited. Guests are required to provide the RV year, make, model, and photos prior to arrival for approval. Rare exceptions to the age requirement must be requested in writing and approved before booking. Please note that non-compliant RVs may be denied entry by the gate guard without a refund.
