Hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 9-5, with closing time extended to 6pm on Saturdays during peak summer weeks.

Check in begins after 3pm or as units become available. From June to August, check in time may be extended until 6pm due to extra cleaning or maintenance issues. We appreciate your patience.

We cater to families and adults, meaning you must be 25 years of age to sign the rental agreement in order to receive entry. You must present a current driver’s license and credit card, in the same name as the reservation, for check in and to receive keys, parking passes, etc.

Check out is 10am. All keys, parking passes, pool bands and amenity cards and/or fobs must be returned to the Booe Realty office by 10:00am on check out day to avoid being charged an extra night at the current market price.

Smoking is not permitted inside any property or on the grounds. This includes tobacco products, vaping and/or marijuana. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a fine of up to $1000.00 can be incurred.

To ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises, it is strictly prohibited to leave any firearms, weapons, or accessories to any weaponry behind after check-out. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of up to $1000.00.

HOA Rules are posted on site, in the property and online. By signing he Reservation agreement, you are agreeing to follow all Rules and Regulations. Including, but not limited to, swimming outside pool hours, being loud after quiet time, groups, gatherings or house parties, parking more vehicles than allowed, pets occupying a non-pet friendly property and disturbance of peaceful and quiet enjoyment of other guests and owners. Not doing so can result in fines up to $500.00 per violation and payment will be due upon notification of such offenses.

Miscellaneous Rentals: We can refer you to several local companies that can accommodate your needs.

Subleasing: This agreement may not be assigned or subleased without prior written consent from Booe Realty.

Entry: It may be necessary to enter the unit during occupancy at a reasonable hour for repairs, care or management of the property.

Outdoor Grilling: Absolutely no grilling on porches or balconies. Grill only in the designated grilling areas.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Please refer and abide with local laws.

Odds and Ends and your vacation needs: Groups, House parties and Occupancy: Overcrowding and house parties are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. We cater to families and adults, meaning you must be 25 years of age to sign the rental agreement in order to receive entry and must remain in the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow groups. The maximum number of guests allowed is listed in the description of the property as well as on the rental contract. Groups violating these restrictions or exceeding occupancy limits will be denied occupancy and/or evicted with the loss of all monies paid.

Pets: We all know that you would like to bring your pet with you on your vacation. Only certain properties allow dogs to be occupants and weight restrictions will apply so please verify this with the reservations agent. There is a required pet fee added to pet friendly properties. Guests that are found with a pet in a non-pet friendly property will be denied occupancy and/or evicted with the loss of all monies paid.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute comparable Myrtle Beach vacation accommodations without notice or liability, should it become necessary. If comparable accommodations are not available, renter has the option of selecting from available properties at prices shown or receiving a complete refund of all deposits.

Vacation property furnishings: Properties are privately owned and are furnished according to the owner's taste. Neither Booe Realty nor the owner will be obligated to provide additional furnishings or equipment not presently available in the unit. Although every precaution has been made to ensure that the property descriptions are accurate, we cannot be held responsible for any errors and/or changes to the property. Booe Realty will not be held liable for these changes. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs with suitable substitutions. If there are any items that you must have to complete your vacation, please bring them from home so you will not be inconvenienced. We may not have access to just the right thing.

No blankets, linens or furniture is to be removed from unit. No items are to be hung from balconies or railings.

Repairs: We are sorry but we cannot guarantee air conditioning, cable TV, Internet access, or other appliances, but we do guarantee that repairs will be made as soon as possible. We do not guarantee pools or hot tubs. No refund will be made on their failure. In the event you are in need of repairs after normal business hours, please call our 24 hour emergency service number that you receive at check in.

Additional Supplies and Items to bring: Booe Realty provides a starter pack of roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, bar of soap and dishwasher packet. Other cleaning supplies, paper products, soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaners are not furnished in properties. Don’t forget to pack beach towels, toys, chairs, coolers, beach blankets and sunscreen. If you forget something, there are plenty of shopping opportunities here at the beach.

Parking: Parking: Boats, trailers, motorcycles and campers are prohibited due to space limitations and Property Association rules. All complexes have limited parking. If you have a specific question, please inquire about parking with the reservationist.

Damage Deposit: Please inquire. Note: Higher security deposits may be required at the discretion of Booe Realty. The guest acknowledges full responsibility for any damages incurred.

Hurricane Policy: Although we prefer not to use the word "Hurricane”, unfortunately it is a part of our life here at the beach. During Hurricane Season (June 1st thru November 30th) Booe Realty procedures and refund policies will be posted and provided to each guest at check in. Please take the time to review the policies. Also, please review the Vacation Travel Protection Insurance section to include this peace of mind in planning your upcoming vacation.

Departure Duties: guests are responsible for the following: 1. Clean and put away all dishes, glasses, pots and other kitchen utensils. 2. Empty refrigerator. 3. Put all trash in plastic bag and take to dumpster or outside trash cans. 4. If linens are included, please gather and put on kitchen floor. 5. Leave property in an orderly fashion, as it was upon your arrival. Should all the above departure cleaning procedures not be completed, there will be an additional charge of up to $1,000.00 upon check out.

Booe will not be responsible for items left in the properties.

If anything is unsatisfactory about your unit (i.e. cleaning) please contact our office, Booe Realty, on the day of arrival. Please allow our office to correct the problem! No refunds will be given.

Guests must agree to Booe Realty Rental Policies at time of booking. Rates and availability are subject to change. We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows or hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person. Included may be ants, palmetto bugs and other insects – all which are common in this environment.

Errors: Although every precaution has been taken, the web site may contain errors. We reserve the right to make necessary corrections or changes. Prices are subject to change without notice and may differ from the web site. To continue booking means you have read and agree to adhere to the terms set forth in Booe Realty’s House Rules that have been provided.
